Payment

A valid credit card is required to secure the booking. Full payment will be processed to the card at the time of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund is available for cancellations received in writing before 11th December 2026 - please contact grain@peppers.com.au should you require to cancel your booking. Any cancellations received after this date will be non-refundable.

Gather around the table this New Year's Eve and celebrate the arrival of 2027 with a dining experience inspired by Tasmania's land, sea and seasons.

Explore our a la carte menu, with the option to elevate your evening through our Let Us Feed You menu and curated wine pairing. For a little extra celebration, add a bottle of sparkling and raise a glass as the year comes to a close.

Please note that all reservations are strictly limited to a two hour dining experience. Guests wishing to enjoy the 9.30pm fireworks are encouraged to select an 8pm, 8.30pm or 9pm reservation.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to your reservation be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Please note that a fee of $50 per person will apply to cancellations, no-shows, or reductions in guest numbers exceeding 10% made within 24 hours of the reservation time. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

From midday until late, enjoy a relaxed New Year's Eve overlooking the Tamar River, with bar snacks available throughout the afternoon and evening, live music on the deck, and a vibrant atmosphere as Launceston celebrates into the night.

Whether you're joining us for a pre-dinner drink, gathering with friends, or looking for the perfect spot to welcome 2027, Woody's offers a relaxed setting to raise a glass and enjoy the festivities.
