At Grain of the Silos, every glass of wine tells Tasmania’s story. Vineyards framed by dolerite peaks and the Southern Ocean allow grapes to ripen slowly, developing natural freshness, perfume and precision. From Tamar Valley and Pipers River to Coal River, Derwent, and the Huon, each region has its own character, just as each producer adds a chapter to the story we share in the glass.

Chardonnay, Riesling, and Pinot Noir often take the spotlight, while varieties like Grüner Veltliner, Gewürztraminer, Gamay and Meunier quietly thrive. Curated by our sommelier, Calvin Ling, the wine list celebrates boutique producers, hidden gems, craft, seasonality and sustainability.
